REFUND POLICY

Hey there!

At AURORA®, we want your pets to be just as happy as you are when you shop with us. We've got all the high-quality products you need to keep your home modern!

But, let's be real for a second. Sometimes shipping can be a real pain in the tail. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, just let us know within 48 hours of receiving it and we'll replace it for you, no questions asked.

Unfortunately, we can't accept returns or refunds if you change your mind about your purchase. We promise, we won't judge you for your indecisiveness, but we can't take back a perfectly good product just because you decided Fido needs a different color leash.

Order cancellations are a little bit trickier. If you've placed an order with 'standard insured shipping', 'UPS® Ground Shipping', or 'Free Shipping' you're welcome to cancel it by emailing us at support@auroradeals.com within 3 hours of your purchase. However, due to the fast processing of orders with 'UPS® 2nd Day Air' shipping, we're unable to cancel these. Please ensure your order is correct when selecting this shipping method.

We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible, so you can get back to spoiling your furry friends in no time. If you haven't received your refund yet, check your bank account first, then give us a shout if the issue persists.
